Chad graduated with a BSc and MSc in biology from California University of PA, working on the biocontrol of gypsy moths and fungal phytopathogens. Chad later earned a PhD in Entomology at NCSU in 2004, remaining as a Postdoctoral Research Associate until 2007. His research included the physiological and molecular biology of German cockroach allergens, cockroach and allergen mitigation tactics in infested homes, and cockroach control in animal rearing facilities. Chad has been with Rentokil-Terminix for more than 17 years, starting as a Technical Trainer and later promoted as the first Market Technical Director for the North America organization. He currently leads a multidisciplinary team that, among other duties, supports the technical needs of our colleagues and customers through pest identifications, expert assistance during challenging pest problems, and operations training. Chad and his team also support the pest management industry through state and national association participation.
